First, thank you all very much for the kind words about the Constellation Award. If I replied to you all individually, I'd never get the next book finished and I'm sure you'd all rather I got down to that. (particularly those people who heard me read the first chapter at Polaris and now have to wait a year or so to find out how it ends)(how the book ends, not how the first chapter ends)(yeah, okay, you probably figured that out on your own but it doesn't hurt to be thorough)
Second, to answer the question that gets asked a lot these days, the wonderful people at Kalidescope certainly want to get the show out on DVD as soon as possible and are working very hard to see that it happens but I have no actual concrete news yet. As soon as I know, you'll know. If you can play region 2 and don't care that there's no extras, it is available from Amazon.uk.
Third, picture as promised. This was taken by the lovely
_ocelott_ just after the awards ceremony and I actually rather like it. Given that I HATE having my picture taken that's saying something. Soft focus is a friend to the elderly...
