An interesting turn of events, certainly. I could feel relieved, but I don't exactly. Not yet, at least. I would say the silence would be welcome; however, the place is getting so overrun even that isn't something I can be grateful for.

He's dead again, isn't he? What a hand I've been dealt. We'd not come to some sort of social agreement to be kind, but at least we were civil.
That man is not my father anymore, I fail to see why I should feel this way about it. I've seen and heard of plenty deaths.
