Clandestine Activities

Sep 07, 2008 23:25

Had a good time at work. Worked from 6:30 to about 10:00 and made $17 on top of my hourly wage.

My first run was on Trout River Blvd and while I was exchanging pizza for money, the sounds of trumpet practice wafted to us from a house that never tips. And so I was conflicted between enjoying the surprisingly well played trumpet and not wanting to send positive energy towards people who routinly jip me.

In the end, I allowed myself to enjoy it. It's not really the kids' fault that their mother is a stingy bitch, and it had been a long time since I've heard live music.

The cap on the night was my clandestine pizza delivery. John sent me to the strip club to deliver a free pizza in return for Fleisherman Gin.
