MYL l 60.4 - Signs the ghost in my apartment is friendly

- When I'm thirsty the faucet turns on
- When I'm cold the fire place turns on
- Lost objects suddenly appear in the bowl by the door
- I seriously think the air handed me a towel this morning after my shower
- Pretty sure my bed was not made this morning yet when I came home...
- I haven't done anything to provoke it
- If I don't react to the faucet or the fireplace, they're turned off
