Amanda took another job and is leaving in two weeks. I'm not sure why this has just torn me up.
She gave me this sad sort of look when she told me (I knew it was happening; it's been happening for a few weeks now, her conversations with Wendy who started to offer her the job, etc). It's good for her... not much of a promotion but a small pay increase. Good to meet new people in the company (that's just how disney works). She does and has done so much for me that I'm also a little terrified to work without her, too.
And now I have to decide if I want to apply for her job or go home.
