Pretending we're running a French bistro aside, we made an excellent Christmas dinner. I have to say Anthony Bourdain's Les Halles cookbook really came through. I think naiad8 gives it an A-.
My mom, brother, SIL, and nephew all came for dinner. Alex had a really good time too, especially after we put the battery in his brand new remote control monorail. He and my nephew had fun chasing Ruffian with it. Poor dog!
We got a Wii as a present from my inlaws and we're ton of fun playing the Wii Sports package. Well, at last wife and I. Alex is long asleep from a tired day. But we're definitely hoping he'll take an interest to it.
Anyway, back to playing!
