I finally figured out how to make bone broth in the pressure cooker, which is such a relief because that is one of the foods I made regularly in my slow cooker that I wanted to continue in the pressure cooker. I figured out that I use the STOCK setting, then when that is finished, I REDUCE for about an hour or an hour and a half.
The result was less broth, but very high quality. When it cooled, it was basically a solid block of gelatin. Perfect!
