baked salmon teriyaki

Mar 24, 2014 19:45

I found wild-caught salmon in the freezer section at Target, so I decided to make that for tonight. I also made the teriyaki sauce from this recipe and it was so good. Most of my measurements for the sauce were approximate, and I cut the sugar and cornstarch in half. It's a good recipe to keep around since I generally have all the ingredients on hand. And of course I had to show off my Saucemaker and whisk in action.

I made rice for myself, but it wasn't done in time, so I'll probably eat it tomorrow for lunch or something.
