cooking for my mom
My mom is staying with us for the night before she takes a road trip to her sister's in the state north of us. We were at the market planning to get one of those pre-cooked chickens, but I decided I wanted to cook instead. Chicken and 40 cloves is the best dish for last minute cooking because it requires so few ingredients, so it's also great on a budget.
I'm excited because, as an early Christmas present, my mom bought us the comforter set I've been wanting for months. I'll get a picture next week when the light is better.
