Not a very impressive picture, but I was in a hurry. (I got a picture of the cooked oats in the Saucemaker, but that picture is even less impressive.) We only had 3 cups of almond milk left, so I cooked 3/4 cup of oats. I also over-toasted the oats a little, but they didn't burn so it wasn't bad. I could definitely get used to having these oats for breakfast. I might look up some toppings for it or maybe something I could serve with the oats. Maybe bacon?
I also need to figure out what to make for dinner in a couple of days to give me enough leftovers for work. DH wants to start eating healthier, and while the meals I make are not necessarily UNhealthy, they aren't as healthy as they could be. But it's tough since meal planning is already difficult.
