fish tacos
Tonight we had Fish Tacos with Chipotle Cream and homemade guacamole. I originally started with this recipe but I skipped the cumin, then dumped in some adobo sauce from the can of chipotles I opened for the cream sauce. DH had the IPA in the background to celebrate National Drink Beer day.
We had French silk pie afterwards. DH said he doesn't want to know how I make the French silk pie because it tastes like it's really bad for you lol! He's right, of course, but it's so GUD.
