why goodbye..?
I remember the song from Smashing Pumpkins that went "Someday we wave hello and wish we never wave goodbye" but the truth is that no matter what, we do wave goodbye to a lot of the people we did not want to. In most often it is friends, lovers, parents....
and this in turn reminds me of the song 'Kite' from U2 where Bono says before the song "This song is about lettin go of somebody you dont wanna let go of. It could be a father, a lover, a child......"
its a bittersweet release sometimes when you know you just have to let them go. Sometimes neither of you wanna let go but the bitches of space and time demand it. SOmetimes its for the best of both of you coz together you guys are a bit destructive on each other. Most other times its just something you were forced to do. We cry when we let them go but sometimes we can look back and think
"It was for the best................"
