...okay, this is kinda strange.
It turns out my old school is fingerprinting students, and using the information to monitor their purchases in the canteen, in the library, and the attendance. With minimal discussion with parents.
Seriously, I found it kinda Orwellian when I was there, but seriously? Biometric scanning? On children? =/
