I was about to post a rant about how MonoDevelop is so far behind SharpDevelop (and considering MD was forked from #D, that's not a good sign), and how impossible it is to do .NET development on Linux due to the lack of modern tools such as refactoring, code navigation by class and member, auto-indentation and so on.
