I just got done running,so I'm feeling preety good. I need to burn off a lot of the cals I took in at lunch. It is A LOT harder running outside, I ran about half the amount I normally do on the treadmill.I did 200 squats last night and the same this morning as well as abs stuff.
I made a diet for myself for this week and I wrote it on my mirror...I'm only going to eat fruit,veggies,salad(no dressing),grilled chicken,low fat cheese, and whole wheat bread...I can eat any combination but I know I won't eat much cause I really don't like any of this stuff.
I wrote "you're getting Fat" on my mirror to and my parents actually liked it cause they said it will remind me, so thats actually nice cause they don't encourage me to eat. My mom is like this diet freak and knows exactly what not to eat m, how many cals/carbs are in EVERYTHING you could think of, and all that stuff cause she like lost 50 pounds and is like 10 pounds more than me!(sad!)
I am about 108 today..I am reeeeally going to try to get to 100 at least by this friday--we have a pepralley & game. I really just have trouble maintaing my weight. well I think I am going to wake up early before school and run every morning.
