Seriously, anticipation is one of my favourite things in the world. So reading about anticipation, that made me very, very happy. You described it beautifully and I really enjoyed imagining Sherlock attending his business, but stopping once in a while to think about John's mouth.
John teasing Sherlock was great, I loved how Sherlock could still talk about the case, but still show small signs of distraction (aaah, the shivers and the closed eyes...mm yes). I also loved Sherlock's eagerness (Here. Now. :D) and the fact that he lost some of his control and made some noises.
Poor John though, exposing himself to tendinitis by putting himself in situations that result in excessive masturbation. I hope he'll get some sort of reciprocation before the series end. Either way, it's obvious he's enjoying pleasuring Sherlock and I can't wait to see what he has planned for the next session. He's such a good man, giving blowjobs to help the police :-)
