LJ Friends - HELP!!!

HELP!!!
As a fair few of you know, I'm planning to get married some point next year, and ideally, I'd like to find a nice restaurant to host a dinner in. Originally my partner and I had thought that maybe this year we'd be able to sample a few places and hopefully come to a decision soon. However.....
Either restaurants in Perth are really crap, or I haven't been out enough to try really good ones! Well, there have been a few that I really enjoy, but for some reason, they're not necessarily appropriate to hosting a wedding dinner.
So I putting a plea out there to those who read my LJ: SUGGESTIONS NEEDED FOR A RESTAURANT
There are a number of things which are crucial to meeting our criteria:
1) Venue size: big enough for 100 people
2) REALLY good food
3) Able to provide our own wines (even if there is corkage charge)
4) Has to be in metropolitan Perth, WA!
Price? We're fairly flexible and right now, we're really only concerned with the quality of food. Yes, we really love good food! And with the right company, we hope to make our wedding dinner an unforgettable one!
We haven't yet fixed on whether we want to have a Chinese banquet style dinner, or a catered buffet or a western-style sit-down menu. In fact, it's all rather flexible at the moment. What I'm trying to do right now is draft a list of potential venues and start with that, so please, if you have any suggestions of good restaurants in Perth which meet the 4 criteria above, let me know!
