Endorphine's are wonderful creatures....so lovely. I've been really good about running everyday for the past five days and I'm starting to wonder why I've never been this good about it before. Everytime I come back I feel like I could conquer the world! I've also started taking long walks any time I have free time rather than just sitting around in my room. I think the combination of the two has improved my general mood alot.
In other health related news I've started trying to eat better. Instead of having pound cake for breakfast (made right on campus and so yummy) I'm having oatmeal. Then at lunch and dinner I eat more slowly so I can tell when I'm full. Not huge changes, but enough to make me feel better about myself in general.
