"i've been inside too much today"
so says stillesprite. So have we all. So have we all. But it was worth it.
Up at 7:308:00 this morning. Work from 9:30-11:30. I got invoices back for the day because Craig called in sick.
I got presents from both the jianjian and nihongofrancais today: youtube music videos and a phone call. ^__^ *feels loved*
I am also, apparently, the biggest dork ever, which I take infinite pride in.
the jianjian: i forgot to say: I bet they were picking sand out of their hair forever after filming that. it's not even funny yo.
remember sand and hawaii?
remind me to call mom and tell her my 'chinese mom' went to Hong Kong International School. So too, apparently, did one of my sisters.
feeling nauseous and gross because of midnight breakfast. Worth it for juice (served by Louis from the library; and then again with banter from the cute marriedcomplx prof.) I like apple juice. The breakfast foods weren't that awesome, but the cereal was good.
language partnered-->it became an english day. she had a presentation coming up.
in exchange, she'll look over my speech for japanese. so i finished it today (instead of yet more 研究 for [r]の論文 from hell which I started when i got home from lunch and couldn't bear)
the other day aliza valiantly protected me from a fuzz. she vanquished it.

saturday we met some japanese kids who are studying/researching pharmacology over at the med-center. Annalisa told her dad about this. He said that he knew a lot of kids in college who also "studied pharmacology." But (as she pointed out), this is official and not recreational.
I'm scatterbrained and can't remember any of the other stupid things I was going to say. whoops.
