Made mapo tofu tonight (well, with ground beef substituted for the ground pork, because i didn't have any) and jlk;afeijl;ka it was so good! Dinner success! Tough when i was putting the chicken stock back into the fridge the chili paste i'd used earlier fell off the shelf and spattered a huge glob onto the front of the dishwaser, so i had to clean that up. T_T such a waste of chili paste.
i just realized that i do most of my banking at work because in my head, banking is something grown-ups do, and working is something grown-ups do, so banking is a work-related activity.
mel is ridiculously amused by the fact that erica thinks (thought?) i'm shy. she also has daddy!syndrome, where she repeats the same stories over and over.
city eating. It reminds me of an article in the 'city' section of the express the other day, about how there's a website starting up in the area matching people with yards and people who want to garden but don't have the dirt for it.
if i spam several of you with a single powerpoint slide in the future, please humour me and play it.
i need to take a day and balance my accounts. It's gotten confusing with all the i owe mom money, but she owes me more money, but i'm saving up stuff so that she can have the money she gave me to live on just in case before we knew i had a job.
