i'm still up because mom slipped on some black ice taking out the garbage (we didn't even know it had been raining until she fell), but absolutely refused to go to the hospital to let someone take a look at it and insisted it wasn't serious, just a huge bruise (but also had me google internal bleeding), so i'm sitting up. but we think she'll be ok ( Read more... )

i'm so sorrie to hear bt ur mom, and i share ur grief over ur mom's 'stubbornness' :p sometimes our parents jus dun noe wat should be best for themselves >_< i hope she'll be fine and tat everything is ok :)

i slept at 7! woke jianjian up (she didn't get up :\\\ just made a convincing show of it, then woke up an hour later wondering why she was in bed) and fell into a coma. oh. except for the phone call i intercepted at 10:30, from the strings teacher, telling mom (the strings whatchamacallit treasurer) to write a check to some guy in Columbus (he does re-stringing apparently). ON CHRISTMAS EVE. wtf. :\\\

they gave her a shot and she was moving better in less than an hour, because it helped with the pain. They also gave her a prescription and she's not dying of internal bleeding so yay!
