got in around noon, and got spare keys from krisztina. she was adorable, shivering outside, telling me the entire contents of the fridge (so i could help myself). Dad helped me bring my bag up, and then i said goodbye and sent him back before the snow up in the mountains had a chance to get crazy.

i like arugala. tis peppery. :3 in jamaica we call it rocket. though i've only heard it a handful of times, mostly at the tourist places because the rest of us have no idea that you can eat grass. well. maybe, but i didn't. i guess the brits call it rocket too or else i would not be calling it that, eh?

my mom tells this story about how her mom came over to visit her and her brother from hong kong while they were in college here and living in this tiny crap place with a tiny crap yard full of weeds. And their mom goes outside and looks around and starts going on about all the different ways you can eat the weeds and how they're all actually like, vegetables.
