stillesprite, Tego and I went and saw Hancock today. It was a deeply satisfying movie, like most superhero movies are not. I recommend it. ★★★★
kabobs for lunch/dinner around 4, and it's probably a testament to the fact that we need to eat more that we were so full after it kind of made me sick. by the time we got to the theater at 7, i was only very full.

sometimes it's a little disturbing (when i stop and think about it) how my generation is accustomed to having a record of everything we do. one of my current problems with telephones (besides my general awkward, because there is no such thing as a comfortable silence on the phone) is that afterward, i only have my own memory to rely on for the content and form of the conversation. My chats save themselves automatically.

Tego spent the night because Star Wars is a long movie and she missed her last bus home. She says I jerked into a sitting position when her alarm went off, but i have no memory of this. Later, i stumbled out into the living room and curled up on the couch for another hour.

Can i take a minute to complain about the Giant near my house? they're doing some remodelling in the produce section, so instead of, like, moving everything over, they just. stopped selling vegetables temporarily. Like, seriously. No veggies. Except a little cart in the corner made up of everything they hadn't sold yet in little rotting baggies. Attached was a sign that read, 'not our freshest, but still great value.' To be honest, i don't like the look of their vegetables normally. I don't even want to think about what they were like unrefrigerated for who knows how long.
