The shower was nice, but too early for me (stayed up last night, doubly against my better judgement, reading the end of Rose Daughter). It was quite chilly, so I gave up on the whole skirt idea and just wore jeans and a nice top. I was totally pittari in terms of formality so

Mom won some little stuffed turtles up at the park (that the jazz band played at for the competition). The one she gave annie is named Nashi. Nashi the turtle. how cute!

sadly not. It was a cuddly toy. I bought it in Seaworld. it is seriously about half the size of me (which is huge btw-im about 4'4 and small boned aksjak)

awww. i hope you get one! they're so cute, with their little feet.
T___T it died. we tried all kinds of things, and cut them up small so it could eat them, but it just wouldn't eat anything. The other one we'd gotten (as a present for someone) did just fine. maybe it's us. :\

well, we picked it up from a chinatown vender (they were probably not exactly legal), so it might have just been sick to start out.

um well im going to japan this summer so thats one thing crossed off. graduate. get married. have children. travel! lol! i love that im currently writing angsty akame for my jthreesome fic as you ask me about pin fic!
