[recipe]: peanut butter shake

Ingredients
+ 1 cup skim milk
+ 1 small ripe banana (frozen is best)
+ 2 tsp flax seed
+ 1 T natural peanut butter

Blend until smooth. Tastes best when banana is frozen (make sure you take off the peel first before freezing). If not using frozen banana, add a couple of ice cubes to the blender.

I substituted skim milk for soy milk and natural peanut butter for Skippy Chunky peanut butter, and it still tasted great! For ice cubes, I used about five. :) Everyone was pleased with the dessert that topped off out awesome dinner of spinach salad with (irritatingly, according to my dad) sweet poppyseed dressing, roasted garlic bread, barbecue chicken, and breaded scallops. SO SO YUMMY. *guh*
