iverin, and oh. i want it.
Ingredients:
-Chicken nuggets (2, cooked)
-Shredded cheese
-Tortillas (2)
-Paprika
-Oil
-Picante sauce
-Ranch dressing
Oil into a pan on med high heat. Tear up the chicken nuggets and lightly pan-fry them with a dash of paprika. Set aside. Toss a tortilla in the pan. Warm it up til it's a little crunchy. Add toppings (cheese and chicken). MAKE SURE to put a layer of cheese over AND under the chicken nugget pieces so it'll stick together nicely. Add picante sauce to taste, then drizzle lightly with ranch dressing if you want a Southwestern taste. Top with the second tortilla and smush as it warms. Heat til melted. Turn over. Heat til super melty. Eat.
Fast and tasty. Could EASILY add corn or beans if you had bigger tortillas. Yet another use of leftovers.
This one's a no-brainer, I think... So it's just here for me. <3 Carry on.
Note: Excellent side drink: Pink lemonade using frozen pineapple chunks instead of ice cubes~
