The weather was so nice today. I've had my window open all day. It's still warm out now. God, i love it.
I think I'm allergic to dust. Not, like it doesn't make me sneeze or anything, but i think that's what's been making me be all dermographic. It hadn't been happening for a while, but then today I cleaned my room a bit--cleaned off and organized my desk, and dusted that whole area. But then essentially whenever i broke the top layer of my skin with my dusty hands (up until I finally went and washed them), it puffed up. I had raised, red lines all over my arms. :\\\
This would also explain why it's worse when i go home--it's dustier there. Anyway. So yeah. I think it's the dust.
kekkyoku, I only cleaned my desk and not the whole room. But i got some other things together to mail. And i went grocery shopping. I bought a tub of plain yogurt to put honey in, but i'm too full to eat it. :\
I made dinner tonight: okonimiyaki (of course). Casey was over before i started, so I made for him too. He was actually very sweet and helped a lot. I kind of fucked up the last three (i made 5. 1 each, and then an extra to split if people were still hungry) because they fell apart when i tried to flip them. It was still edible though because I just put the lid on the frypan and let it steam that way instead of under its own personal steamer made of batter.
It seemed like people liked it too, so that's good. I ate way too much, and i feel all 'splody. But before that i'd essentially had only cereal all day because it was too much work to do anything else and the cereal was in my room XD
I forgot to say, but yesterday I missed my bus home, so I walked down to the post office and finally bought stamps. This means that the letter i wrote like. 3-4 weeks ago to wakikaki will finally be mail-able.
I think i'll make flashcards tonight. I should be transcribing, or researching, or writing my phonology project. OH CRAP. I forgot totally about the write-up for field methods due monday. crap. But i don't want to stop listening to prisoner of love long enough to do the assignment tonight. I guess i could write up some of it.
Sunday is Distinctive Feature Day, so I won't have time to do it then. :\
has anyone else noticed that on the poster that came with the news calendar, Massu's suit has a black on black plaid pattern?
