Woke up around noon (but before!) and Rocky was here already. I had a dream in which I (as a lesbian) had married a gay man, and we'd gotten pregnant (idk?) and Mom was mad at me for a) being a lesbian, b) marrying a gay man, and c) being pregnant when she was leaving the country for two years for work and wouldn't be able to see the baby. She was yelling at my husband in Cantonese, which I didn't understand in the dream, but he did. i don't know.
the skirt i was wearing yesterday was a size four. that's kind of exciting.
watched the bourne ultimatum yesterday with the fam. mom's decided that since everyone's home for a little while (and since sillyandmorbid isn't going back for the month-long january term, she's home for a good long while until her spring term starts) that the month subscription thingy from blockbusters is a good idea.
i forsee watching a lot of movies and not doing anything worthwhile. yes, i do.
speaking of doing worthwhile things. guess how much translation i've done? 1.7 (and the .7 is made up of two different partially finished translations)
i've got, literally hundreds to do, and i promised them by the end of break. *fail*
it's the last day of je_holiday fic, and that makes me kind of sad inside.
but OMIGODOMIGODOMIGODOMIGOD! I GOT THAT ONE NECKLACE OF YAMAPI'S FOR CHRISTMAS. THIS ONE! I'VE WANTED IT FOR TWO YEARS AND NEVER COULD FIND IT ANYWHERE AND ALG;LJA;LJKFA;KLJGA;KLJFA;JL AG;JLA G;JLAG;LJ A;JGA.
all i said when i opened the box is 'Are you kidding me?' several times. It's only a cheap knockoff because the original was Dior. i would not normally pay that much for a necklace. Jianjian found it, and mom bought it and they kept it a secret for several months (the tension was apparently killing them) and jag;jagj;af ;jag; lag;j ag;jllag. *大happy*
