silent as light
It was a pretty day. It's amazing how going outside and going places makes me feel like a person again (and not just a slave of a student).
I finished my midterm for JapAcq, and it is 7 pages long. 7 pages of short answer questions. Not so much with the happy. But, i suppose, at least it's done.
Made mac&cheese tonight for late dinner almost entirely because i want a maccaroni casserole tomorrow. I have plans to get frozen brocoli and maybe some ham and put in tomorrow and it will be tasty and happy. That's the plan anyway.
Semantics midterm tomorrow that I'm starting to panic about.
Need to write up a list of interview questions to turn in for Ethnog. class. It feels particularly ridiculous for me because I'm not interviewing anyone for my term project.
Dinner plans with Dijana on Tuesday. I am excited.
I also went through and broke the 1.5 hour interview at all the pauses, so now I just have to actually go and transcribe it by Thursday. It was seriously one of the most boring tasks i've had all weekend. Maybe it's because normal homework lets me have music on in the background, but obviously for transcription, i can't. I am not really looking forward to this.
My hair is getting long. I'm starting to wear it up in back all the time.
