crappy de~su
So my sound file doesn't seem to work in this mystical transcription program and if my prof can't tell me why/how to fix it tomorrow, i think i may cry. Because it is an hour and a half long interview, and if he makes me trasncribe that whole thing by hand--do you know how long that would take? Do you? It would, I would, i would just cry.
I'm so afraid that something is wrong with my file...
Anyone know why Jim Breen's wonderfulwonderful dictionary is currently all in Japanese? It's all good, but last night it was still in English. Just wondering if I missed something.
JapAcq midterm doesn't seem tootoo hard, but it is longer than i was hoping it would be by a long shot. *sigh*
If I survive this, remind me to never do this again.
"Indian fried rice" for dinner--taking the leftover chicken masala from when my mom was in town, the rice that came with it, and then some fresh rice I made when I decided it wasn't enough, and then cooked it all together fried-rice style in the wok.
It was pretty good ^_^ and I have leftovers for tomorrow. I don't know how I always manage to seem to have leftovers.
I haven't been sleeping well lately, and it's just generally sucky.
Today my language partner and I talked all about differences between the K-12 system in Japan and America. It was a lot of fun. I learned words like 生意気, and she learned words like 'sagging' (one's pants) and 'statutory rape.' Good times.
