My realtor is coming by tonight to have a look at the house to appraise and suggest a list price.....I do have a ballpark figure but we'll see what she says.  I'm pretty sure she's going to want to stage the two empty rooms, D's former office and the A/V room in the basement.  Would doing so actually bump up the value of the home and is the cost ( Read more... )
