I know it's fall, but....
Stepping outside this morning felt like I walked into a freezer. Although it wasn't below zero, still, 6c was a bit too chilly for me and made me realize how Mother Nature can be a total bitch. Then again, fall is here and the season that follows is not exactly my favourite time of the year. Too bad I don't have a 'winter escapade location' that I could run away to for a few months, but I guess that'll have to wait until I'm retired and whenever that is. Or, if I win the lottery which really is a crapshoot.....
Party here tomorrow and Shay is pretty excited to meet Michael. I told her not to get her hopes up and if he's interested, great, if not, move on. Yesterday when we were outside for our break the UPS driver smiled at her as he walked by. I almost spat out my coffee when she commented that she would love if he was inside her if you know what I mean.....
Typical Friday that I'm working at home today and I wouldn't have it any other way.
