I did it! I graduated from ft leonard wood today!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sitting in a USO at St. Louis airport waiting to fly to Monterey, CA and begin my AIT as a linguist. I've been assigned Korean, and have very ambiguous feelings about that.
BCT was a powerful experience. I had much trouble with the two main pass/fail parts--PT and rifle qualification-- but I got it and I graduated with my company and I think I did very well in the other aspects of training.
