I don't see that as codependant - he works retail. During the holiday season, that royally sucks balls.

I really do miss him when I'm off and he's working. I find myself...waiting.

OT question - I usually soak raisins in rum for my carrot cake - if I started soaking them now, and stuck them in the fridge until Sunday, do you think they would get slimy?

Nope.

They'll be good and soft, but alcohol is a preservative, so they won't get nasty.

Actually, I don't have rum yet - was going to get it today, but it was too expensive. I do have tequila and amaretto, though!
