Chile and chocolate is one of my favorite combinations!

In this quantity, it'll just give the whole thing a little extra warmth--you won't even taste it, but you'll feel it a bit.

But I have a recipe for cayenne pepper truffles that is---hoo BOY!

Bite into one and you get that creamy, chocolate-y mmmmm--and then, WHOA! Spank me HARD!!!

And then your tongue gets the creamy chocolate again, and it's all good.

FUN!

I wish we had coco weather Christmas over here. It's Scorching at the moment 32C in Cape Town today. It's turning into a blue instead of white Christmas in my part of the world at the moment ... sigh.

I'd give anything to trade places, really.

It's nice if you can just sit in the house and stay cozy, but going ANYWHERE is a nightmare of bundling and extra precautions.

Today it's supposed to get into the 40's F, but yesterday, it barely got above freezing all day...

A nasty business.
