Snorting cocoa

Put the batch of hot cocoa mix together tonight....

6 cups powdered sugar
3 cups dutch process cocoa
7 1/2 cups powdered milk
3 teaspoons salt
6 teaspoons cornstarch
5 tsp cinnamon
Several pinches cayenne pepper

I had to mix it up in a stock pot, it was so much stuff.

Dust. Cocoa dust.

I have no doubt that I now have Special Dark sinuses.
