Five-Minute Fudge Wreath
12 oz package chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (save the can)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
8 oz chopped walnuts
Place milk, chips and vanilla in a heavy saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Butter an 8" cake pan and set the empty can, wrapped in plastic wrap, in the center. Mound the chocolate mixture around the can to fashion a wreath, leaving the top bumpy. Chill for one hour. Remove the can and lift the wreath onto a plate. Decorate as you wish.
