Little Bits of Fanon
Not so much 'vewy sewious Who fanon' as 'things it amuses me to imagine are true'.
1. Eight's hair is a wig, just like the Master's beard is glued on.
2. Crispy wears ladies' underwear under that robe. It's lacy.
3. Five once shaved his eyebrows off in a fit of pique and they never grew back.
4. Six has weak hearts, which had respective attacks when the TARDIS did that...vibrating thing.
5. Four is bipolar.
6. Seven carries a Universal Script in his coat pocket. This is why he's such a brill planner; he's always read a scene ahead.
7. Every time a fairly nefarious sciency character pops up in the BFA audios, that is the Master. It's how he lost the renengerations before Delgado.
8. Eight is half human, but the Doctor isn't. Since it's generally-accepted fanon that Time Lords are affected in their regeneration by their surroundings and circumstances (i.e. Five needed some thicker skin and as such became Six), it stands to reason that in becoming Eight the Doctor would have absorbed some humanness. Given that he had Earthly detritus stuck in him upon regen and indeed had a pair of sticky human fingers inside him upon expiring, it's possible that a few Earthling bits stole into his freshly-baked DNA, enough at least to change the structure of his retinas and make him want to kiss girls behind the bike sheds.
9. The Time War was (and is) a galactic game of hide and seek. The Time Lords are winning by a large margin.

11. Five keeps at least one miniature rabbit in his pocket at all times, for soothing strokage. This is why he's always putting his hands in his pockets.
