8/12/08(TUE:80º:Mostly Cloudy)Up @0700: Coffee w/light breakfast: Fed fish & cats(bubbler ok in-spite of racoon seen in garage last night): RDW gone in quad-cab: Found call from Patrick(patricia left his place @0100): Synchronized to iBook & ck'd.e-mail & weather: Processed USAA pmt.: Rd.ReBike to Patrick's(put bike in garage): Dr.Patrick in Tiger-Truck to PO(mailed ussa pmt.& bt.postage): Dr.to Gerry McGee's(showed him tiger & talked awhile): Dr.W*M(bt.gro.& fish food): Dr.814(unloaded): Dr.Big Joe's(door closed),then to Trinity to put Tiger in Garage: Rd.ReBike to 813(put in garage): RDW ord.new battery-pack for elec.bike: Synchronized to Mac-mini & updated quicken: Ck'd.e-mail & weather: Ate in Casita17: Began vcr to dvd duplicating(got 1st.title duped but ran into same problems as before on following titles): RDW went SanJacinto to view security cam photos: Ck'd.p-mail(rc.ballard ck.): Dr.Suzuki to FLNB(dp.ck.): Dr.814(pk'd.behind gate & preened same): Updated quicken: Discovered omission in the vcr-dvd dubbing instructions & hand wrote omitted step into manual(was able to dub selectively thenceforth[continued dubbing into late evening]): Showered on patio: Ate in Casita17.
It pisses me off to find a vital omission error in equipment operating instructions and manuals. I'm old enough to remember when this was a very rare event. But, it's common place now-a-days to say the least -- an artifact of globalization, I'm sure.

A day of eyeball to eyeball exchange today is in itself a change, ex or otherwise. Thanks to the omissions discovery, the dubbing went without a hitch.
