vacationing in Beavercreek

I loved my vacation in Beavercreek, Ohio, with Chris' family! It seems like lots of people had that "now-I-need-a-vacation-from-my-vacation" holiday, but mine totally wasn't like that. Chilling with the Millwards was relaxing, low-key, entertaining, and educational:

Relaxing: Some sleeping in happened, and lot's of lounging (and goofing--but no messing) around. We only went out to dinner a few times, and for New Year's Eve, Chris and his parents and I saw Finding Neverland. I really liked it. Especially the part when you see Neverland...it was like fairy world! I love fairy world.

Low-key: I had so much down time that I read an entire book (that doesn't usually happen during my vacations)! I read The Handmaid's Tale, by Margaret Atwood. It's a dystopian text, so it messed with my mind a lot (they always do) and was thoroughly engrossing. I wish someone else would read it and then discuss it with me, because I have lots of thoughts about it now. Has anyone already read it, by chance?

Entertaining: Have you ever watched Chris' brothers David and Josh consume food? And have you ever made slushy ice angels with Chris? Also, possibly the most fun I had was when we were playing Scrabble or Boggle. I love those games but rarely get to play them, so I was in heaven because all the Millwards like to play them!

Educational: I learned that Chris' favorite color used to be purple. Hm... Of course, I also had a refresher course in how incredibly smart and wonderful and handsome he is, so I guess it all balances out.

Anyone learn anything interesting over the holidays (or just recently)?
