A month or so ago, I read The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins.  I had read about it somewhere or another (Locus, maybe? or even more likely, on the Internets) and picked up a copy.  It was still only in hardback, so I forced myself to wait until after the international trip, and then Little Brother (which deserves its own post) seemed more urgent ( Read more... )
