I hate my ankle!

I have come to a realization. For the past week and this week I have been unable to do anything like play tennis, soccer, or go to the gym. And during this time I have been an emotional wreck! Wow. I had no idea how much I depended on exercise. Thank goodness I am going to physical therapy today and hopefully they will tell me I can run again
