because i have no fucking idea what i want to do with my life or really the next couple of months, i decided to stay in olympia for fall quarter, move out of my current apartment yadda yadda.
a couple of days ago, i also finally decided what i would do for fall school wise. i am registered on, the waitlist, for reproduction, birth, and power. it's really a half time program. i signed up for the 16 credit option, 8 of the credits being an internship. the class times are kind of wonky, meeting tuesdays & thursday 6-10pm. but i figure then i can up my time volunteering at the co-op, herbal free clinic, etc. so yep. i think it will be good.
i want to do go through doula training. i'm still not 100% sure this is the direction i want to go, but it feels right right now to explore it.
dated yesterday, i got an email from our campus mailing list from the birth attendants (a prison doula project), announcing they are doing internships this fall! definitely coincidental! we'll see how things go. :)
