sick sick sick sick sick
i have, now, what appears to be a throat infection. i have been regularly gargling sea salt, drinking shitloads of tea, tons of water, taking zinc, and yep. i feel like hell. my presentation is today. michael said he would show up even if it would make him awkward. i'm going to make sure it's ok. i have to figure out internship stuff. i did not get enough sleep but i had a good breakfast. my presentation is after lunch and i'm not sure what i will eat. my notecards are messy, but workable. i feel like a blubbering idiot and i wish i wasn't a smoker. i WILL go to the stop smoking support group tomorrow. I WILL!! i have tried to quit over 17 times. no joke. i've tried to quit since i hit the one year mark and i've been smoking for about five now. i wanted so badly to quit at three. about 21% of my life has been spent smoking cigarettes... but 91% of my life i've been around copious amounts of second hand smoke. two years after my parents quit, i started. no joke. anyway. gotta get ready for school.
