Tonight I am thankful for...
... finally getting a little taste of cool air around here.
... bringing out my fall scented candles -- pumpkin, vanilla, coffee, gingerbread -- so yummy.
... Walgreen's having a buy 1 get 1 free on L'Oreal lipsticks last week. I was able to stock up on some darker shades (not only do I rotate candles with the seasons, but I do lipsticks too) with names like Cinnamon Stick, Mocha Bean, Shimmering Copper and Boundless Bronze, and loving every single one of them.
... wearing my new chocolate cherry colored cord jacket out tonight.
... the new IHOP waiter who is sort of cute and being a little flirty with me.
... feeling cute today to the point where I was looking in the mirror every time I passed one (usually I avoid this).
... being off on Friday.
... having 15 wonderful years with the sweetest and cutest and smartest dog ever who my mother and father had to make the decision to have put to sleep yesterday. I still remember the day my mom let me skip school so that we could be at the animal shelter when it opened to pick him up on the day he went up for adoption.
