In our drunken stupor, last night we had a discussion about songs that we strongly associate with a person, time or relationship in our life. I couldn't think of any. But tonight it's late and I've slipped onto www.bluesfestradio.com after I knew everyone would be gone and the music played randomly by a computer instead of handpicked by Shades and I'm requesting so many songs that bring up such bittersweet memories of a specific time in my life. I'm crying. But it's not all bad. Some sad, some happy all mixed together.
