Okay, I know you may not want to hear more about my appointment yesterday, but that's really all that's been on my mind recently...anyway, it was seeming like the 2 of us weren't necessarily understanding each other. You know how I said that I knew right away that my increase in exercise was the reason for my weight loss? Well, I lied: in fact, the first thing I thought of was something else. Let me try to explain...you see, over Parents' Weekend, I ate a TON of food (which I don't regret at all), but I didn't work out for 2 of those days, and right after that I immediately starting eating less and working out. So I thought that this would've confused my metabolism and my body -- which is possibly why it was easier for me to lose weight last semester, because I splurged once a week. Does this make sense?
weight,
calories,
food,
counselor,
parents,
exercise
