[Well Chie, that one guy happens to be around again and guess what! He remembers you! And just to see your reaction to something that came across his mind when he reconizes who you are, he'll casually go right up to you and plants a kiss to the cheek!]
[Chie was so absorbed in staring at the outside-menu in the diner window that she almost doesn't see Kyo approach. But eventually she catches sight of him via his reflection, and turns, feeling her heart start to leap into her throat. Wh...whoa! What's a guy like him doing in Inaba?!]

[And then she goes stock still, her face reddening as her eyes go wide. A celebrity martial artist...her favorite one...just kissed her cheek. OMFG.]
What's wrong? Cat got your tongue or what? And here I made sure I paid a special visit to you after coming here-- oh hey, is this a beef bowl special going on here?
[Well, he was definitely pleased on how that turned out! And just to make things better, he's going to seat himself next to her and peeking at the menu over her shoulder.]
You know, I'm more of a broiled fish kinda guy but I'm going to leave it to you on telling me what the good stuff is here. That is if you don't mind someone like me hanging around with you for a day.
[Chie is flabbergasted. He's so...so smooth! How does a guy get to be like that?! Is there some sort of special training? She stares at him as he makes himself at home, and blushes hotly again. Hang out...with her? For the whole day? Dumbfounded, Chie sinks down into a chair beside him, staring at him in abject fascination.]

[She looks at the menu, then back at Kyo.]
The steak bowl is probably my favorite, so I'd go for that. Oh, and the gyoza are great too.
[Chie clears her throat, willing her face to cool the hell down.]
Oh, you want to be like this? There is a trick to it, but it's real easy to learn. Buuuut, you see, I'm wondering if you're willing to do what it takes to get to where I am right now. Of course, that is if you're up to it too.
[He gives her a playful wink and then turns to the owner behind the stands.]
Oi! Two steak bowls over here and toss me a gyoza while you're at it! And needing some water over here too, I've been on a long hike so the quicker is the better!
[He'll then prop his elbow on the table and rests his head on his hand.]
Well, after our last meeting, I kind of figured that... hell, I haven't been on a tour around Japan since forever so... why not take a break and explore around before I go over seas? Just look around and sight see for a bit. And why not go to the first person who was willing to escape a class trip to visit me and return the favor, ah? I would say my number one fan, but I'm pretty sure Shingo would get pretty jealous when I call someone else that.
[Chie gives Kyo a flat look. If he suggests she sleep with him to get like that, he's getting kicked, celebrity or not.]

He's got potential and drive, I'll give him that but he's chasing after a dream that's not going to happen. But he doesn't seem to be bothered by that even after I told him repeated times, so hey I'm not going to bother stopping him if he's got the will to go through the grueling training. If my old man hasn't changed the training when he taught me that is.
[Chie listens with interest. He said 'people' rather than 'ladies' so hey, maybe he's legit! She props her chin on her hand, raising her brows. It's easy? Damn, she's been insecure for years, if he's got an easy fix for that, count her in!]

Alright, if you want the bottom line of it all? Don't care about anything. And why do I say that is because that means if you do, then it's letting something affect you. Let me get into detail here. When I say that, I'm talking about like don't let what other people say get you down. People can say things and talk a lot of stuff, but words are only cheap. If you let cheap things bring you down, then that means you've let them win over you without putting up much of a fight. It's all about spirit and heart, you know? Standing up for yourself and don't let others push whatever garbage on you and label you as something. No no no.

[Chie blinks in surprise, squinting her eyes shut when he ruffles her hair. When he removes his hand, she's got a doofy smile on her face. If he didn't have her full attention before, he's definitely got it now. She listens raptly, not only because he's a charismatic speaker, but because he says it in a way that she can understand. A talking piece of beef shouldn't be so easy to relate to, but there's no way in hell she'll EVER be able to erase that example from her head. She giggles, unable to help herself, and watches him with open admiration and fascination until he finishes

Well, not often he gets to be the source of motivation for anyone or anything... well, except for his personal 'student' or Yagami but that's another story. So seeing her like this does make him feel pretty dang proud-- well, until she made the reaction of him saying date. Then pride turned into amusement.]

So where do you want to go first? If you're into scenery, the walk along the floodplain is nice, you get a great view of the Samegawa River. There's the shopping district here, which has all kinds of neat little stores, the Junes department store, um...
