Project 365: Jan 17-21
I don't really have anything clever to say so....
Sunday January 17
I went to the city center because I needed some warm, tall socks to wear with my new boots. The weather was nice, it was in the high 30's-low 40's and the sun was peeking out. You could tell this was the warmest day we've had in awhile because the city center was packed! Not that you can tell from this picture. Then again this was taken when we first arrived. I didn't have a lot of luck getting quality pictures with my phone that day.
Monday January 18
On Monday night, I went to the movies again to see Precious. I feel strange saying I enjoyed the movie considering the subject matter, but I did. Its one of those intense movies I am glad I've seen, but will probably never watch again like Schindler's List or Requiem for a Dream.
I did have fun because I met some new women from a women's Meetup.com group I joined.

Tuesday January 19
My students are really into drawing so to get them to practice their English, I decided to have them write children's books. This is a picture they drew of their main character, a wizard named Jennifer.
Wednesday January 20
Today was my day off so I cleaned the house and hung up the key and mail holder we had bought on Sunday.
Thursday January 21
Today I start my belly dancing classes again. I was bored and looking at online makeup tutorials (I love makeupgeek.com) and decided to do some Arabic inspired makeup and take pictures!
I tried to take a picture of the coin scarf I wear on my hips, but I can't figure out a way to take a picture of it that looks good. I could use some suggestions on photographing fabric/clothing.
