It's even worse than I thought.  Read this post for mega links about this guy and what he is doing to bloggers.  He is a menace.  I can't believe he's been getting away with this crap for so long.  Maybe now that his actions are getting blogburst coverage, something will be done about this very, very bad man.

Brett Kimberlin is a sociopath. That's my opinion; I don't think he's been diagnosed. He harrasses people who try to report on his activities by filing lawsuits against them, getting his confederates to stalk them and their families via social media, and contacting their employers and lying about them. As soon as I heard the news, I knew what was going to happen and suspected SBK didn't know. And I was right on both counts. A major shitstorm erupted, and SBK backpeddled in horrified surprise. Although how they could be surprised, I have no idea.
